Bad law is seatbelts imposed while a biker zooms by with no helmet etc(I love bikers and constantly watch for them)
Good law is do unto others lest you do unto yourself and how many times have we broken that law...

There are good laws that mean well but are not enforced like betting over the Internet
There are bad laws that are enforced but are a waste of time and costly...immigration laws and border fences. The good and decent people are behind bars and fences. I always thought it was supposed to be the other way around. Those who break the law belong behind bars. I wonder what company got that contract to build that fence!...How much did they contribute to the Republican National Committee.
And, there are humorous laws that mean well, but are ridiculous. Like talking on the car phone is illegal and yet when a radio hosts a talk show, many times the caller is calling from the car phone...'Eddie on the car phone, how's everything?'...'The traffic is murder Steve. Listen, I wanna talk about the World Series'...'G'head, Eddie and thanks for calling'...
'Steve, did you ever figure if the Mets had beaten the Cardinals....." hahahaha...The guy is on the car phone calling into a radio station when the law strictly forbids using a car phone when driving....Ridiculous.

Good laws the nobody follows are quite easy to think of. Speeding come to mind first. Speed limits are in place for a good reason. They protect people, especially children who are one of the most vulnerable groups in society and yet everyone (myself included) speeds at some time or another. Copyright might be another one. A bet everyone has at least one illegally copied cd, dvd or tape or even have photocopied more than 5% of a book. Without copyright laws many people's jobs are threatened and art may cease but yet we still all persist.
Bad laws that we follow anyway are harder to think of. I guess there are import/export laws that are immorally bad but we go along with them anyway to keep ourselves rich. For example, in the West it is generally policy to destroy excess food or to encourage farmers to destroy it, instead of distributing it to countries and people that need it. Likewise, we may not support the sentences given out to criminals but do not make a fuss. In the US you could live in a state where capital punishment or arbortion were legal but you could disagree with it but go along with it anyway for whatever reasons. The problem with bad laws is that many people would argue that it is moral to follow the law even if you don't see eye to eye. Disputing with the law is not a big issue for me, living in Scotland in 2006, but during certain times in history/living in certain other countries where it would be more problematic ie, would I denounce my friends, be racist or torture suspects if my regime demanded me to? I say no but I can't ever really be sure... afterall many people have gone along with these things and can I really say that I, who has never been tested in this way, is more moral than them.
Hope this helps and isn't too vague :)
