Australia! Yes if you hold a drivers licence, even if you were riding a horse you can still lose demerit points.

Since in the US, bicyclists don't need a license to ride, no, you can't lose points. You -can-, however, lose your life by doing such a stupid thing, and you -can- be stopped and ticketed by a policeman, since you are required by law to obey the lights as much as a car is.

Yes, at least in the UK, you can get points when on a bike even if you don't have a driving license yet.

Did you see a sign somewhere saying "Traffic rules don't apply if you are on a bicycle"? You can also get a drunk charge if you ride drunk.

as far as i know yes as i qld hear and n.t. you can cop a ticket for riding a horse drunk still transport and do you know horse still has the right of way , and your bike is transport.
