Those aren't hearing aids. They are little earphone speakers. They can be used as feedback monitors or for sending the singer the music direct. It can be helpful, in a concert situation, to not get sidetracked with all the ambient sound bouncing around out there. It's much easier to keep on track if you're hearing what you want to hear.

A lot of singers are not wearing hearing aids they are wear ear pieces that help them with the music because its as loud to them on stage as it is to you in the crowd and they have to keep their place and not get distracted plus if something has to be added or cut then the producers or managers can communicate with them via the head set.

They are not hearing aides they are que jacks. They do reduce the sound to save the eardrums of the preformers but this can also make them miss their que when they should come in, fade out or change pitch. A signal is sent to it & it pulses in their ear so they know when to do what. It can also be used for voice transmissions as well.

They are not hearing aids. What they are are little speakers that have them singing in them. It helps the singer stay on pitch, and allows them to stay on beat as well. They usually only have them in one ear so they can hear the live band as well.

I'm assuming you mean on stage?
They aren't hearing aids (technically) they are ear buds of sorts. It feeds the music and sometimes their own voice into their ears so they know they are on key. It is often impossible for them to hear over screaming fans. I think they are referred to as ear monitors by some.
Hope that helps.

I believe you're seeing microphones with audio feed in the ear, not hearing aids for the hard of hearing
