You expect to get Bush convicted and removed from office with 67 of the U.S. Senators voting to convict him?

If justice worked the way it should in this world, yes, he should be tried, convicted, and imprisoned for a good long time. But since this world is run by the privileged, elite, royal blooded crooks, of which Bush is one, what has he to fear?
