Kegal exercises. If you go to the washroom, start peeing. Use your muscles to stop the flow of urine. That is the muscle you need to exercise. Do 10 reps of 12 squeezes.

Definately pelvic floor exercises. Hold for 5 secs and release for 10 times, repeat 5 times a day and you should strengthen up in no time. It is not uncommon for women with same problem.
