It goes "Let me in, let me in!" in a kid's vioce, and then another kid going "Let me out, let me out!" It from like a children's movie, like Mary Poppins caliber I think. This has been stuck on my sister's & my minds for SO long. Please help with any suggestions at ALL of what you think it would be! Thanks!

Indie film director to the rescue! It's from Steven Spielberg's "Temple of Doom": the scene where Indiana Jones and Short Round are trapped in a room where walls lined with evil murderous spikes are closing in, down, about to impale and kill them. Meanwhile, Willie the torch singer is trapped in an adjacent passageway full of bugs crawling all over here, and begging to be let into where THEY are so she can escape the creepy crawlies. The DVD chapter where you can see this is called "The Spike Chamber". Thank my brother Kevin, who is also a filmmaker. There's three of us in the family.
