I noticed on 1st November my TV being bombarded with adverts for xmas stuff. Is it really earlier to see these adverts this year?

I don't know, but that Woolworth's one is getting right on my t**s already. Bloody ridiculous. There should be a law against early advertising

Christmas adverts are on so early because:
The more people see items to buy then the more money they spend.
The big stores (harrods, woolworths, argos gamleys etc) are trying to make more of a profit for the end of the years financial profits.
To also let kids see the new range of toys that are out and all the new consoles.
Stores have already got people in the mood for christmas shopping like Marks and spencers and tesco by cutting the prices of turkeys, wrapping paper etc
Hope this helps answer your question.

Yes I know, its all about the money of course, its crazy, people will be fed up with christmas before its started, the (freeview/satelite) bid tv /pricedrop channels already have christmas icons displayed and christmas decorations, its gone overboard! It comes round soon enough as it is, and there are far to many adverts on aimed at the kiddies as well, many parents probably feel like pulling their hair out, most are still probably repaying their debts/ credit cards from last years xmas, and yet they still think people can afford to spash out so soon.

To hypnotise you into thinking you "have" to spend all the money you've got on things you don't like, don't need and will never use again. Or so you will buy presents you can't afford to impress people you only see once a year and don't really like anyway.
Make that money!
(It's worse in the States, they start bombarding people with Christmas some time in October.)

i appreciate lyrical stuff Soulja Boy is cool for the club, yet people would want to renounce appearing like toddlers are robots without minds and something that comes on the radio they'll do. If thats the case we confirm 50 cent or Lil wayne to do a music saying all toddlers be good, by technique of no capacity get in difficulty or communicate shrink decrease back and be conscious if each and every toddler will attempt this also. If the music is in basic terms too undesirable father and mom shouldn't enable their toddlers hear to it. those are rappers they don't opt for to be function fashions and guy of the three hundred and sixty 5 days their activity is to promote guidance not toddler sit down toddlers and attempt to not say something a toddler shouldn't hear, videos do not do it, Do people imagine of no toddlers have considered scarface, goodfellas, on line on line casino, or godfather. Its been round, those videos promote a good type of what so said as "undesirable" rappers promote.

The earlier consumers start seeing commercials for Christmas, and decorations in stores, etc., the sooner they start buying. And the longer they have to buy before the big day, the more they'll spend.

Yepper, went into the mall yesterday and almost all stores were either putting their decorations up or they were already up. Wow didn't take long - one day after Halloween.
Money, money - they are all in major competition with each other - the biggest take for the whole year.

I know bloody hell it's the beginning of November! Suppose it's best to start Xmas shopping now and avoid the rush ;-)
