i mean the most powerful person can be living one day and die the next.
there will never be the most powerful person.
but there will always be the most powerful machine, wisdom, source, and killer

Samson is supposed to have been the strongest man that ever lived; his strength was supernatural, and you can find his story in the Bible in the Book of Judges.
The strongest man in recent history is supposed to have been Frank Sandow, who back-lifted over 6000 lbs-- that's three tons! (American tons.) I think you can find him in The Book of Lists, or Best, Worst and Most Unusual.
