Usually with registered show names people take a bit from the sire, and a bit from the dam, to make the name a unique theme. You may want to consider doing that and taking the 2 parts to make it an all together ice skating theme.

Well I knew a horse called Frozen Legend, and she was - a legend that is - she competed in top level showjumping for about 15 yrs, was eventually retired at the age of 23. So I reckon it would be a good name - "frozen" - "ice" - "iceskating"
or you could call her Frozen Gold if she's a chestnut or palamino or even if she isnt!!!
