do you think if you put a cr80 motor on a go kart and it only has one wheel drive that it will spin out?

It really depends on your go-kart. Yamaha makes 100cc go-kart engines and racers modifiy them.

No it won't move. You will smoke that one tire all the time, but the other three will keep you straight.

use live rear axle, puts power to both wheels.
