You know three of the four things needed. Try C1V1=C2V2, or an equality.

A few clarification first. A reaction of any base and any acid is called a neutralization reaction, even if one does not completely 'Neutralize" the other.

So, are you titrating to half-neutralization point? Or, to use up all the acid or what? You need to know your objective.

In any case, the general formula is :

Milliliters of base =
( molarity of acid) (milliliters of acid)
---------------------------------------------
Molarity of base

This is assuming that your acid has one ionizable hydrogen and your base has only one OH. In all other cases, use the Normality concentration.

just use the equation M1V1 = M2V2. It will be ok even if the reaction does not completely neutralize the solvent.
