I needed advice in the following topics :
1: Assume that you have been invited to give a short talk on how to succeed in job interviews.Your target audience is a group of young school leavers who are looking for jobs. You plan to cover only a small number of important points to note when they attend job interviews.

2: Assume that the principal of your secondary school is inviting alumni to give short talks to students who are about to take a public examination about how to overcome exam pressure. You have accepted the invitation to give a talk and wish to make it persuasive.
Furthermore, any comment if somebody told you that Talking freely to English native- speakers is a more effective way to learn English than attending English lessons in classrooms.
Thank you in advance.

1. Begin by erasing from your thoughts the phrase "young school leavers" or "young drop-outs". Research indicates that when educators "lable" or name students like that, the students do not learn as well as they could.
2. Here's a good tutorial for job interviewing skills.

They are both good topics. End of advice.

As to the furthermore, they work best in conjunction but you will learn how to speak the language faster, although not necessarily grammatically, from talking with natives. This works for any language. The furthermore implies that the two topics are ones given to you by a teacher for you to make a presentation on to class. S/he wants you to do the research as if you were actually going to do the topic chosen. You get to choose which one.

Good luck.

I don't believe in fluency without structure and I don't believe in structure without fluency. ESL students need both - They need to attend class so that they learn the grammar, spelling and structure that support everyday conversations. They also need to talk on a daily basis and express their thoughts without concerning themselves with grammar rules. Both parts are very important.
