I assume you mean:
-3(x+1) + 5(x-2)

Just distribute the numbers through:
-3x - 3 + 5x - 10

Now combine like terms:
(-3x + 5x) + (-3 + -10)

Simplify:
2x - 13

There's your simplified expression.
