Do you think that men like blondies more than dark haired?

Most of the men I know, don't have preference for hair color.
They prefer a woman who has a good attitude about life and is a fun person to be with. Of course, these guys are all in their late forties so they have more maturity than the twentysomethings.

I read in a poll online recently (sorry I don't remember where) that men actually prefer redheads to blondes or brunettes. Redheads were perceived as more fun/wild/sexy than the other two. I am a natural brunette who was a blonde for 5 years and a redhead throughout the 90s and now. I think it all depends on the guy and personal preference. I think there is something to "the blonde myth" in our American culture ---I think there is some collective unconscious thing going on where we all our supposed to think blondes are the most attractive women. I've heard it said that if you are struggling with your weight the best thing to do is dye your hair blonde and men won't notice your weight problem as much. Think Marilyn Monroe. She was not a small woman by any means and I don't think she would have been the sex symbol she was without the platinum blonde hair.

Ha ha, although I also agree with the first answer, I remember I read about a study where men looked at pictures of women with different hair colors, and brunettes were considered the sexiest. Next was blondes, and last was redheads.

Here's the thing, my boyfriend and his friends will always say they really like blondes but only one is dating or married to a blonde (Im a redhead). I think its all the features (and personality) put together that makes a girl attractive to a man.
If asked what type of guy do you think is attractive... you might say tall dark and handsome but that doesnt mean you wont date a blonde guy or find a red head guy attractive.

well they do, and they dont its hard to say since the dark haired are becoming blonde and vice versa, well i guess it depends on her personality, some girls that are blonde or brunette, can be of liking for a man either shes "easy" or they like the hard to get shy type, so its too hard to say, but i think latley guys are getting tired of blondes, and going for the sexy dark haired ones you know sumthing different!!

it depends upon the guy... and just because they like to look at girls with a certain hair color, doesn't mean that is the one they will fall for.

blonde is over-rated though. especially the nasty roots for those who aren't naturally blonde.
