Gordon was right to kick out Keith, he had no control when at the pass and he did have a bad attitude. And during that service he was close to completely losing it a few times as well.
I know from personal experience that it takes a certain type of person to handle that intense pressure
Virginia is slower in the kitchen but has far superior food and flavour knowledge than keith.
Heather is sometimes all over the place like a headless chicken but overall has the core skills and abilities to be a bigger asset to GR's kitchen.

i've got on no account observed the Gordon Ramsey one, in basic terms the Marco one... Marcos a knob yet he's sturdy! MrsGs summed it up, Marco replaced into Gordons mentor, Gordon will continuously attempt to be what Marco is! LOL

It is a bit of an ego trip for Ramsay I think - he's beginning to believe his own hype - and go a bit megalomaniac. It isn't necessary to swear as much as he does or be as nasty. Maintain discipline sure but ... he's deliberately disrupting things. He doesn't come across well - he should listen to some of his own advice on the attitude front!
