Hey!.....Mannnn. Where the h.e.l.l. do teeth come from? Huh? How bout that ...man?

Yeah...how bout THAT?!? We're made up almost entirely out of cells. Dead and living cells. So when a brand new baby comes along and grows a tooth out of nowhere who decides where the freakin ivory comes from? And WHERE DOES the freakin ivory come from?
