feather pillows, feather ticking (used for matresses), down filled jackets, footballs, shoes (leather ones), about anything that is made from leather, glue, dog food, cat food, lard, milk, goats milk, eggs, noodles, pastas, mayonase, (the last 3 uses eggs, but also has to have other ingredients),
I'm sure you can name at least 40 meat products, include all cuts of stakes, and different roasts for both beef and pork. Also, bologna, hot dogs, pickled pigs feet (yuck), pickled eggs, cheeses (both from cows milk and goat's milk, dog chew bones
If you count Emu's, they have a wonderful oil that is used in hand lotion
I'm sure as soon as I send this I will think of more. Good luck in your project.

It is generally said that everything from the animal is used except the squeel, cluck, moo, neigh, winnie, etc.
In addition to the lists other's have already given - may I just add medical supplies and snake anti-venom. Many medical supplies have come from livestock including thread once used for sowing up patients after surgery, transgenic organs (from pigs - although to my knowledge the attempts tried so far have failed), and female rabbit ovaries were once used for human pregnancy tests. Snake anti-venom has traditionally come from antibodies produced by horses injected with small quantities of snake venom..
