i heard it on a christian station... it sounded kinda like trapt, but trapt isn't a christian band so it's not them. some of the lyrics were: "tried to walk away" and "when things don't go my way".

i think it may be the same people who sing a song called "rockfist" or "rock fist" but i can't find that song either.
