depends upon the weather & the clothing to begin with. there are a lot of women that just like the attention or to flaunt their bodies. good question though.

sometimes they want to attract certain guys, but that's not always the reason. Sometimes they don't think it's that revealing until a friend tells them.

Woman showing it off for other woman and just so so intent on teasing men and I am sick of it... Its to no wonder the muslims restrcit what a woman can wear!
