I'm trying to make a list of the top causes of attrition from banks and credit card companies

Horrible customer service! I've left banks because I was not happy with the level of professionalism. Yes, fees are important but I'll pay a bit more to get treated with more respect. That's why I shop at Target instead of Walmart

Too many bank charges. Bad customer service. A bad experience.

I don't like banks that charge you hidden fees and interests rates to use your own money. Some banks charge a fortune when you use the ATM machine to withdraw your own money.

when they charge you to have a checking account..It's my money.why should I pay them for what is rightfully mine.
