Is this another example of corporate robbery?
How do I get the rebate when I have submitted the correct information and they won't accept it, but have asked for the same info again?

Dell did the same thing to me. I eventually got it, but had to make several phone calls. I think the only reason I finally got my rebate was that I finally go ahold of a sympathetic customer service rep on the phone.

Why did you ever agree to a 39% interest rate? Contact your state attorney general. I do not know what HP refers to in this case.

Call them, and yell really loud(or try crying)... include the word "manager" and you will probably get your rebate.

Good Luck!
