I work with union people but I am not a union member. We work alongside them to complete many projects.

I used to be one. I worked for UPS as an international auditor for about a year and everyone who works there is union (even seasonal temporary workers have to pay union dues)

I am part of a union ... although not perfect, it is better than not being protected.
I can't imagine WHY anyone wouldn't like them. (Unless they own the business). Unions make sure the employee is well represented and protected.
This is the PRINCIPAL reason I won't shop at Wal Mart.

Yes everyday, I sell supplemental life & disability insurance and most of my clients are from the major Unions around the NW or Seattle!!!! Why?

We have union people at our other facility. The quality differences between the two facilities is huge with the union shop being the place you wouldn't want to spend your money.
