Please do not give up! The Bible says that during this time of the end, God would looking for persons like you. Persons who sigh and cry over the terrible things happening today, especially things done in the name of religion. (See Ezekiel 9:3,4)
That is why millions pray daily "Thy kingdom com. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven." God's will is that all humans live in peace and happiness. No one can stop the will of God from taking place. However the only answer to how long is soon. We know this because of the fulfillment of Bible prophecies pointing to the last days of the system of things that now exist on earth. (see 1John 5:19 and Matthew 24:4 -14)

You say you can't wait, but when it happens you will totally eat those words. It takes longer than a day, it involves some unpleasentries, and the sounds and smell alone would make you think twice. As of when it will be, when ever, you won't recognise it's begining untill your half way into it. You don't need to rush your death, look around at some more pleasent things, if you can't find those make something better so your not so depressed. Communicate with others that feel the same and make something good happen. In the mortal words of lenny kravits : baby it ain't over till it's over.

Wow. I am not ready to stop living, but at the risk of sounding corny, I do pray that the world will become a better place. I don't think enough people care about preserving our resources and wildlife and taking care of one another in general.

If you don't enjoy your existence, then you should see why and then try and change those circumstances to something more enjoyable, till you can honestly say to yourself "I like my life". Giving up and just waiting to die is just a waste and would be less enjoyable then at least TRYING to fix things, because then you at least have the possibility of success and something to look forward to in the meantime. If you think the world sucks right now then try to change it for the better, there's plenty of people trying to do that right now and they could use the help, and it would give you something positive to do and change the circumstances you'd be in, maybe for the increase in the enjoyment of your existence.

Honestly if the Us invades Iran we could be facing WWiii and nuclear exchanges may very well happen. Econonmic collapse world wide is almost certain. So the world as we know it will probably come to an end but not the planet.
