According to Wikipedia Democrats have been involved in a total of 50 scandals over the last 100 years, while Republicans have only been involved in 43. Keep in mind that Bush is still in office.

Hard to say...I would think though that if the government is republican that more democrats would go to jail as the laws fit republican agendas and vice versa when there are democrats in office.

Why compare, theres convictions on both sides. If dems have 99 and Reps have 100, are we going to defend Dems? Hell no fire them all

Most criminals don't have an opinion about who is dem or rep, or have no status being either so they could care less whether the prez in rep or dem.

very hard to tell. Could be republican cause the Dems have gotten away with so many of them scott free (like Teddy Kennedy killing that girl, etc.)

RePUBICans ... can't think of a better example than Watergate. Granted, Tricky Dick wasn't convicted, but it still cost him.
