pny.com go to the configurator. you can get information on computers made 10 years ago. They will tell you what kind, how fast and how much ytou can put in and tell you where you can get it. I use this site when I need to upgrade ram at my company.

The last guy was a bit off, according to Dell.com you can use either PC800 or PC1066 RDRAM, and it can only take up to 512MB sticks. I would however recommend that you only use 1066, as the 800 will slow down your system. Keep in mind that with RDRAM you HAVE to install in pairs. If you tell me how much you are looking to upgrade to, I can try to find you a site that sells it, it is rather difficult to find, you will not see it at Best Buy or places like that, and expect to pay about $200 per 512 stick.
