It goes straight across, but it is open the whole time. So basically, it doesn't close. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!

I swear I have tried everything and I believe that there is no way you can fix it!!! Sorry, it's broke.

My husband had this problem once, he loves his WWII Amercian pilots jacket and wears it all the time. The lever/puller broke and he could'nt get it fixed, in the end he came up with the idea of using his soldering iron to weld it back on. So if your zip and lever are metal give it a try, it worked for him and that was 5 years ago. Good Luck.

well, if it were a jacket it would be a whole lot easier, i would do what the others suggested and try a shoe repair shop, or if you can sew well, a craft store to buy a new zipper. sorry theres not a easier way.

You will need to put in a new zipper. A good shoe repair shop should be able to do that for you if you can't do it yourself.

ur zipper is kaput. if u like the purse take it to a shoe and luggage mender and he will put a new zipper in it for u , otherwise just junk it.

TAKE IT TO A SHOE REPAIR SHOP AND THEY CAN PUT A NEW ZIPPER IN FOR YOU.
