I think I know what you're talking about. After I eat too much or something, I just have to...let some of it out. Not because I want to control my weight, but because throwing up some of it helps make my stomach less stuffed. Instant gratification, you know? I don't even really have to try. I just involuntarily gag a few times (over the toilet, if you please), and voila. If you NEED to throw up, you're body will do it for you without much coercion.
But you really shouldn't make this a habit - as you know, it's not good for you, and it's best to investigate the reasons why your stomach is always upset.

Your food has to go through a long and complicated process in order that the nutrients are absorbed into your body. If you make yourself throw up, the clearly, your food hasn't been processed and you more than likely lose weight. Of course there are health risks - as well as a physical health risk, this is also a mental health risk. Your body will not get the nutrients it needs which will lead to general poor health. If you continue to make yourself vomit, the acid from your stomach could literally burn your osophagus which can lead to cancer. You will look terrible, not just thin but pale. Being skinny unnaturally is just so unattractive - just look at victoria beckham - she looks absolutely vile and laughable - it's so sad that she can't see it. Eat sensibly, excercise and buy clothes that hide your worst bits and show off your best bits. I am glad that you are not thinking about doing this - it's totally stupid.

I really, really hate throwing up so I try to avoid it. I usually take tums or pepto if my stomach hurts. But sometimes that stuff tastes so nasty (usually when i'm already feeling sick) that it makes me throw up. Stand over the toilet and gag.
You might just need to go #2.

Please...don't do it!!!!!
If you continue to make yourself throw up, you will develop a heart problem!! Believe me...even doing it just every once in awhile will damage your heart! You may not notice it now, but you will by the time that you are in your 30's.
You will also do damage to your esophagus and your teeth by bringing up stomach acid. It's not a good idea!
Also, throwing up can eventually just become automatic by the body, which is a very bad thing to happen.
Please...don't do it!!!

Try drinking a ton of water and then play around with pushing on your stomach and think about something horribly disgusting. The water and other contents of your stomach will come right up. My little kids get the stomach flu A LOT and they feel better after a nice, long barf. I just have them do this. I call it the drink, think, and hurl method. It works wonders. And NO I do not consider this as bulimic, When ya feel sick, and you feel better after getting sick, it is not bulimia!!!! Good luck, and remember drink, think, and hurl!!!!!
Hope you get over this yucky feeling soon, Hun.

Intentionally making yourself vomit is dangerous. Stomach acids in vomit can erode your esophagus and teeth. It can cause halitosis... your electrolytes can get out of whack and cause heart problems. I've heard of people getting popping blood vessels in their eyes, head or other parts of their body, from the force of vomiting. It can kill you if it's done too often.
Is it really worth it?! If your stomach hurts, see a gastroenterologist. Don't complicate things and create another serious condition for yourself.

While it is extremely dangerous to your health, a simply way to make yourself vomit could be smelling something naeuseating. This could be a concotion of items. Also, there is 'charcoal'. It is used in hospitals to allow for stomachs to be pumped.
But again, I do not reccomed self-induced vomiting. Not only does it lead to rotting teeth and a scarred esophagus, but it is also habit forming. For times you do not feel well, trying eating some crackers instead. If the problem is serious, seek professional help.

The main issue is why do you have frequent stomach pains.
You should really visit your family doctor and let him/her check you out.
You could be something as simple, eating junk food with alot of bad grease, Not chewing thirty times before you swallow your food. The food is broken down in your mouth from the salivary gland under your tongue. And not in your stomach. (Most people just put food in their month and swallow). This will also cause you to gain excessive weight.
Or you could have an ulcer.
If you really want to throw-up, you can put your finger down your throat as far back as you can, and usually most people will throw-up.
