I have an elevated LH of 13.4. What does that mean? I researched LH levels and I think the normal is <7. Any help, please?

I've also been off my birth control and haven't had my period for several months.

Luteinizing hormone (LH) is a hormone synthesized and secreted by gonadotropes in the anterior lobe of the pituitary gland. In concert with the other pituitary gonadotropin follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) it is necessary for proper reproductive function. In the female, an acute rise of LH – the LH surge – triggers ovulation.

The second link offers a chart of various levels and explains what is within the norm. Maybe you are pregnant. Check with your doctor to be sure.
