There's a store called, "Second Time Around," located in West Hollywood, California. They have a large selection of vintage watches such as Patek and its definitely a lot cheaper. Here's the address : 8840 Beverly Boulevard, West Hollywood 90048. Hope you live near by! There's a website called tarrytownjewelers.com that sells pre-owned Patek watches, so maybe if you haven't check that out too. But beware!

if i were you i would e mail www.dr.truthhelps@yahoo.com because it is an advise e mail address and all you have to do is just write whether you want a guy opinion or girls or both and they will give you good advise not stupid ones like flash him or something i love it i always e mail them with answers
