I agree with Khane West, it seems as if George Bush doesnt like black people. New Orleans wasn't all that great before the flood.

While I would love to see a black president anytime in the United States...and i really do like Obama I have a feeling he will be relegated to running as Vice President. He is wonderful and I believe he is great on the issues but I don't believe that he has enough experience for the Dems to put him up as a Presidential hopeful. I have a feeling they will throw another, older, more experienced man in the hot seat and let Obama ride shotgun.
At least it will be a step in the right direction!

at first you have gotten the quote incorrect, "there is no longer a liberal usa and a conservative usa -- there is america. there is no longer a Black usa and a White usa and Latino usa and Asian usa -- there’s america." --- it is my cell telephone ringtone. nonetheless i'm a Caucasion American i think of your ideas on Obama's black help in basic terms popping out at an analogous time as he's prevailing in a number of polls are incorrect. Obama has had the help of maximum persons of black voters for it sluggish. Hillary additionally gets a great style of help from Blacks as you reported her husband invoice is seen via many with the aid of fact the 1st Black President. I even have seen no longer something exhibiting that Obama is in basic terms now gaining Black help as he's optimal in some polls.

Absolutely!
The only bad thing about it is the fact that there will be any number of neo-nazi/KKK that will be willing to take a "pot shot" at him.
Although, I would personally like to see him in office a little longer than 4 years, and then for him to make his run in '12.

I had hoped that Colin Powell would have ran, as a General, he understood best what the needs and abilities are with our forces.
Condeliza Rice???
Lil bush says jump...she asks "how high?"

I'm not for Rice, at all. I'd like to see a Black president. My only concern about a female president is that most other countries are not that progressive, so I'd be a bit worried that we'd be subject to attack. However, we're America, and we've proven that we'll do what we want, so I don't think us having a Black or female president is that far away.

Yes and he would be the first bi-raical president. Then again there has been speculation that about 6 past presidents had some African in their genes
