His action is not in the interest of the Marriage Vows. I make no moral judgements as to his actions on the Dating Service.

However, Lets look at possible Root causes for his actions.

1. The Internet allows all type of people to access internet sites.

2. Perhaps he is insecure and wants assurances that he can still "Attact Females".

3. He may be experimenting with the Dating Site for an adventure.

4. If he Entered as his status: Married and Flirting, then he is flirting. If he entered: Single or divorced or Widowed, that is not an accurate statement.

Either way, there may be a problem within your marriage.

Option 1: Tell Hubby that you will enter the Dating Site, also. Make a wager as to who gets the first contact:) Risky but fun, maybe;)

Option 2: Ask him "point blank"...are you seeking a new intimate partner? Wait for his answer and look for his eys to Blink rapidly...a sure sign of stress...smiles.

Option 3: Tell him you have retained an attorney in case of a divorce...look at him as he Faints... more smiles.

Option 4: Contact Dr, Phil and work the problem through a third party.

Conclusion: He may be seeking a new adventure. Decide if you can handle that event. If not, be prepared for a major life issue.

With a huge divorce rate in the world, over one half the population will be divorced. Second marriages also see the fifty percent divorce rate. Good Luck and God Bless.

Oh come on, you already know the answer to that.

Of course it's cheating. It doesn't matter whether he's actually physically cheated yet. If he's putting his name on an "online dating service" what do you think his intentions are?

He is showing you absolutely "no respect", I'd say your choices are pretty clear. Good luck, you deserve better!

I agree with Cobra. Pull an extra chair up to the computer, and say "Honey, come watch me put my profile up on this dating service. Which picture should I use? The one showing cleavage or one with my bare naked breasts hanging out for all to see? Help me make my profile, too! How many men do you think will answer me? I hope lots!!!" See how much he enjoys that! And if he doesn't see a problem with it, I'd say you got a real problem to deal with. It's not cheating...YET. He's obviously on the prowl though, until he meets that 'lucky' woman he screws around with.

Just ask him what is it exactly he is planning on doing if someone replies to him? In legality, its not cheating but a way to an end. Religiously, its adultery, as hes seeking other women for whatever purpose. I didnt think these on line dating services took married men or women unless theyre defrauding the service!

Its totally cheating, or a signal that he wants to end the relationship...he might say that he's trying to meet ppl, but it's an online dating service, not IM.

What is he trying to keep a reserve list or something. It is not considered cheating but has all the implications of it. A duck is still a duck even if he says he's a mouse.

Even if he hasn't cheated yet, he's looking and willing to talk to the women that are looking for a relationship which is just as bad.

Well pookie it is what, in legal terms, is an act in furtherance. This means it is something that helps the deed go down.

He is getting ready to, or already has, cheated on you.

End it...

Yes, it is cheating. He's doing it with the intent of cheating even if he hasn't yet. He needs to get his *** kicked.
