What do you mean by the term traditional jazz? I like the jazz of Miles Davis who recorded some of the first bebop albums. Bob was an intellectual type jazz characterized by fast tempos, complex harmonies, intricate melodies, and racy rhythms. To me,this is traditional jazz.
P.S. I am a younger folk!

I like traditional jazz. There is nothing wrong with it, actually. In fact, I like all types of music. I am an African American female and I like from everything from Van Halen's "Jump" to Jay-Z's "Show Me What You Got" to Anita Baker's "Greatest Hits" and George Benson's "Breezin'" to the Beatles....you get the idea.
I love all types of music; mondern jazz included.
