It is finally discovered that Stamos's character is dislexic and that is why he has so many problems with tests and writing his reports.

And Stamos had a patient who was a young girl who was mentally challenged and on the edge of sexual activity. He gets her parents to put her on medication and to put her through sex education. She flashed him.
