I know everyoen says to ask him but...... couldn't that ruin our friendship. Just nervous about his reaction!

You should remember the dictum:
What cannot be cured must be endured.
If you delay or do not ask, you might miss the bus. Unless and until you approach him, how you are going to know his mind. And that is important. Relations ought to be strong and somefrivolous things can not dent them. Be bold and give it a go.

Maybe asking isn't the best resolution for you, anyway. You see asking him might be a little forward or awkward on your part. I would be pretty sure he likes you before you ask such a stressful question. You freak him out with such an open question, guys work well under pressure and it's not good to start a relationship like that. Although, I do agree with everyone that you shouldn't hold yourself back, just do something that you feel a little more comfortable with. And if the answer is no, than he doesn't deserve any grief, just move on to another guy and hopefully that one will turn out better. Good luck.

Dont worry if U R really the friends then If U express U R self then it will not be a problem for U R friendship If U really love him please inform him about U R love. It wont affect U R friendship after that friends are the sole persons to whom we can express more feelings than the others.

the real matter is that u fear in confronting ur feelings b4 him
n u r doing so bcoz u doubt urself
in my view these r such things that if u dont tell him ur feelings now u cant do anything in ur life
u must n must have the guts 2 go b4 him n say him that u luv him

Hey since you are already friends you can just tell him one of the days if he would like to go to a mall with you or you could call him home for a study date. That way you 2 can spend more time together and eventually he will tell you. But if does not you can always tell him that you like him.

well im 13 and i have the best advice to you i get in that spot just like you dont be shy say hi my name is... talk to him and get a conversation started as you talk alot tell him how you feel about him say some mush stuff like your eyes are so pretty or i love your fashtion.
just remember dont be shy always go with your mind and gut feeling!!

Tell him if you think he likes you too. Otherwise, PLEASE DON'T. I made this mistake last year. If he doesn't like you, you'll distance yourself from him if you tell him. But, if you're sure he likes you, he should himself tell you. Girls usually don't make the first move. YET, if he's more shy than you, tell him.

i know but just tell him; ask if he has an aim, if he does straight out tell him, if that ruin ur friendship, he just can't forgive n forget, can't handle the truth, besides u can't lie to him that u're just friends but u have feelings for him

by not asking , you will not know.. he is too shy to tell you.. so ask. if he really likes you there will be no problem..
