Ok, as a big Colts fan (since I moved to Indy in 1992), I hate the fact that the Patriots "own" us. But, everything aside, isn't this one of the greatest QB rivalry's in NFL history and do you enjoy it as much as I do?? I wasn't alive then, but kinda reminds me of Namath and Unitas (no pun intended). Tell me what you think (10 pts at stake here).

Not exactly Namath and Unitas, because they never really faced off against each other. (Earl Morrell started Super Bowl III, and by the time Unitas got off the bench, the Jets had the game well in hand.) A better QB rivalry from back then would be Unitas vs. Bart Starr. In fact (sorry about bringing this up), it's just about and exact parallel to Manning/Brady in that Johnny U. put up all the gaudy numbers, but Starr and the Packers (coached by Vince Lombardi, who like Bill Belichick, was hailed as a genius) won the championships.
I watched the old AFL as a kid, and as I recall, Namath's big rivalry was against Darryl Lamonica and the Raiders, and John Hadl and the Chargers.
The QB rivalry I always enjoyed was Bradshaw vs. Stabler.
Good luck this week vs. the Pats.

The Colts vs. Patriots is a "must-see" game. There is no doubt that they are 2 of the best teams in the NFL. It would be nice to the Colts win it but as in previous years, the Patriots have the better defense.

I will always love Johnny Unitas. Absolutely the finest quarterback ever to play the game.

Dude, it's far from a rivarly, at least in this era anyway. The Pats own you 7-2 since 95.

I think that we will have to revisit this question when both of their careers are over. As of now, it is too lopsided to call it "the greatest" rivalry. But it is looking like it will be.

It is a very good rivalry, and agree with you, but it isn't better than Giants, and Eagles Rivalry Games.
