What is the best/fastest way to get past the Mitch Baker level, "Messing with the Man without either running out of time or life. How do you enter cheats on the game to make levels like this one easier.

Thats my favorite mission
Just take your Chain Gun(That Big Bad Machine gun).
Start firing at the bikes,After few seconds the police helicopter will arrive keep shooting at the helicopter,the chaos meter will reach full within few seconds.
you can find the chain gun at haitian's factory to which you have to demolish as the final CUBAN'S Mission, or you may use the cheat nuttertools to get chain gun
