How do you put music on an mp3 player?

i found an mp3 player and want to put more music on it so help me please i don`t know if i have everything that comes with the mp3 player though

Most players will allow you to put music on the player without using management software. Plug the player into you USB port and open it in "my computer." drag and drop whatever music files you want into it. Done!

many ways just depending on which software you are using.
if you are using windows media player, it will recognize it and then just click on sync and it's basically self explanatory from there.
