I have dated only women my whole life (20 years of dating). I'm hoping hypnosis will get me thinking "straight" again. Should I just give in to my fantasy?

You can't get rid of desires without going through a "cure" that is worse than the disease.
As far as giving in to your fantasy, realize that most transsexual women do not want what you want. Most straight transsexual women do not want to be thought of as anything different than a natal female, and penetrating a man certainly goes down that route. Some bisexual and lesbian transsexual women are more than willing to play the "top" role with other women (transsexual or natal), ie giving anal or vaginal, receiving oral as a pre-op, but this is due to the nature of lesbian relationships. Someone has to play "the boy" sometimes.
Not trying to shoot you down, but if you do decide to give in to your fantasy, you might be best off going to a prostitute.

People have lots of different fantasies. As long as they're expressed safely and consensually there's no harm in indulging in a fantasy, even this one of yours. The only thing hypnosis MIGHT do is help suppress those thoughts, but if that's a part of your sexuality it isn't just going to magically go away.

You're having sexual fantasies? Wow, that makes you so incredibly unique. I doubt you'll try your fantasy in real life. Fantasies don't usually have much to do with real life. And, of course, I should mention that I don't really care whether you act out on your fantasies. I don't even want to know what your sexual fantasies are.
That would be so incredibly gross if everyone went around blurting out what their sexual fantasies are. That would include your 80 year old Aunt Gertrude the and the incredibly obese post man that delivers your mail.
