Patrick and Bonnie are leaving too. Phillip may be recast, they haven't decided yet. Belle is staying. Carrie and Austin are history too.

They are bringing a new Philip however the Belle is staying and they are getting a new Mimi and Austin left he will be on As The World Turns on starting Mid Decemeber

I heard Mimi is leaving and one other person is leaving and of course I can't remember the character's name! Its the guy that Hope is pregnant by (supposedly). Mimi's brother!!
