he is sure because she is a black victim of rich white college boys. He is up for re-election in a black community area.
I bet after election, you will see charges droped.
Also he is not a law enforcement officer, he is the DA,

It sure seems that Nifong is pushing the envelope. Of all the reports in the media no one is really supporting his position. I also heard he is just backing one of his deputy district attorneys who is the bloodhound on the case.
At any rate, time will tell. It will tell whether or not they decide to impeach Nifong for letting this go on for so long. And, you're right but, I also believe that the accused Duke players (although suffering now) will probably have a terrific legal case against the city Nifong works for. I believe they are innocent until proved guilty.

That was such a crock about those players being charged..First.. It was motivated strictly by politics...The District Attorney was up for re-election so he saw this as a way to get his name in the spotlight and capitalize on the African American vote by...Appearing at a Press conference at the University which was actually a pep rally when that case seemed legitimate...The thing is...Everything we know now...He new 90% of the,,, He new the case was dish water weak...But charged this guys anyway...He racially divided a Large community a...And For what.... This D.A. ..He is the criminal from my perspective.... I heard this said by someone a lo0ng time ago after being ruined falsely...He said this.... Where do I go sir, To get back my good name?...I bet this is how the players falsely accused are feeling...

He is so sure because he was up for election only a few weeks after the alleged incident occurred, and did not want to appear weak in a case of a minority female claiming to have been assaulted by three white men.
If he makes it past a grand jury it will take a miracle, as DNA is god in court these days(thank you CSI) and the three accused have been found not to share DNA with what ever reference samples the DA has. Now thanks also to CSI, I know of one rare medical condition which might allow the DNA to lie but for 3 guys on the same team to suffer from such a rare condition stretches the odds.

All it takes is an allegation, Even if you never had sex or touched another person. No corroborating evidence is needed besides the sole testimoney of the alledged victim.
BS if you ask me. I'm undergoing alot of stress at the moment due to an angry former co-worker. All it takes is their word to turn your life upside down. Regardless of how rediculous the claim is.
