Q1 :4a2 + 12ab + 9b2 = (2a)^2 + 2* 2a * 3a + (3b)^2 = (2a+3b)^2
Q2 :9x2 - (4x2 - 12xy + 9y2) = 5x2 + 12xy - 9y2 = 5x^2 + 15xy - 3xy - 9y2 = 5x(x+3y) = - 3y(x + 3y) = (5x - 3y) ( x+3y)
Q3 : (a+b-c)2 - (a-b+c)2 = [a+b-c - (a-b+c)] [ a+b-c +(a-b+c)] = 4a(b-c)
