New as in never been driven, or new as in fresh to the market?
I've been saying since 2004 the best muscle car value out there is a Pontiac GTO. 400 hp V8, RWD, and a 33K sticker is hard to touch. There are faster cars out there, but expect to pay at least twice as much.

The words new and muscle car don't really belong together... but if I had to pick one I would say the revamped Dodge charger. Then again I am partial to the camero 350 SS.

Australian Ford FALCON XR6 Turbo www.ford.com.au/range/falcon/models/xr6sedan.. The Pontiac GTO is made here in Australia by Holden. Aussies don't buy the Monaro/GTO. We prefer the Ford Turbo.
