They are signs of pregnancy, but they can show up at any time not just after a month.

yep, I have all those symptoms, too.

If your last period started on Sept. 29, then today you have finished your fifth week and are starting your sixth. Time to make an appointment with a good OB-gyn. Good luck and congrats!

Pregnancy is dated from the first day of your last period, so you have been technically pregnant since September- you are about 6 weeks pregnant.
Try ginger for morning sickness and if you haven't already, get a doctors appointment. Take Folic acid too.

Congratulations and good luck!

I dont think there is a set time for these symptoms to start occuring. For me I didnt start having symptoms til about 2 months in but that doesnt mean its the same for you

Congrats!

It's hard to answer your question. Did your september period seem lighter than usual? If so, then you could be further along. But it's not unusual to have symptoms early. Call your doctor to be sure.

you can have all those signs and still only be a month. along with a missed period these symptoms are usually the first ones you experience.
