I have to apologize about saying this, but you can't go just by what that site below has given you. You must take your hieght, your age, your ethnicity, and your body type into consideration [ ex: are you a very petite person? Wider? average?].

I can't remember off the top of my head what you should weigh, but just focus on keeping yourself healthy. You should probably wiegh at the least over 120 lbs. but I'm not sure about what the maximum would be.
