i curious why most of american don't like spicy food??

It depends on what we were raised on. My father is East Indian, so I was raised eating curry. We also love Mexican and Italian spices.
My best friend, on the other hand, is a mac and cheese kind of woman. She thinks Taco Bell is spicy.
Depends on the person, honestly. You must not know many Americans to have gotten that impression though.

Here in the South, most Americans love spicy food. we love Cajun, spicy soul food. I don't know anyone who doesn't keep at least two brands of hot sauce in the fridge. If you like spicy, come to Nashville and try hot chicken. It's to die for, and will melt your eyelashes. We also love Mexican, Thai, Indian, Caribbean. But I know several Midwesterners who don't like it spicy. They think Taco Bell is too spicy . I guess it's what you are raised on.

I don't know where you got the idea Americans don't like spicy food. I believe you are misinformed. I and many other Americans adore spicy foods.

I am American and I love spicy foods!!! I live in the Cajun / Southern part of Louisiana and boy do we love our spicy food!!!

I LOVE spicy food. I dont know where you get most Americans dont like it. I find that to be opposite.
Then again, there is different ethnic backgrounds so you tend to go with what you grew up with.
