My friend is having a problem with his Acura TL 2002?

Question

When he hits the gas it sounds like there is a weird clunking noise coming from underneath the car......

Also, when he hits the gas it sounds like there is a dragging noise coming from the front right of the car.......

Any tips, hints as to what the problems could be?

i think its the heatshield or something..acura has that problem.
