Yes. It must be done with care though. It is also true that if you put the plow blade too close to the ground, you could start digging a trow as opposed to just clearing the snow.

Check out the NFL history for December 12, 1982
(it does refer to a smaller area, but should prove that it can be done.

You stand a good chance of tearing up the grass if you get the snowblade too close to the ground. If the ground is uneven you will stand an even better chance of tearing up the grass. A snow blower set at the right height would be a much better way of removing the snow without tearing up the field.

Last year it seemed like we didn't even have a winter in MD. So far this year it has not snowed & I have a drive way so we don't park on the street. My husband shovels so I don't even bother but nothing is happening here for sure. If I lived where my car was snowed in I would just leave it til it melted & get someone to bring me anything i needed. I don't understand why people do some much unneeded work. I do the least amount of work possible & I have found the less I do the less I need done. I have actually lost weight & look better than I did 10 years ago from being lazy. I don't feel lazy I just feel happy & I think it has made me healthier. Just let them plow & don't give it another thought. I hope you stocked up on all you want & need & if not just know you are fine & you will see things will work out.

In the most modern stadiums, there is a heating element under the grass or turf, depending what the surface is Gillette Stadium in Foxborough is heated, assuming the Pat's turn it on during a game. LOL! Gillette has grass and not turf, so you dont want to plow it.

I think this ONE prison trustee, snow-plowed Patriot Field, so the winning field goal could be kicked!. He only scrapped the area where the kicker was to kick the ball for the winning field goal!
