I am trying to become a rapper yet I can't find any websites that can provide me with the beats I need to record. Does anybody know where I can find some, please help me!!!

You should just go to limewire and type in beats. I'm sure there are plenty there you can download. If you dont already have limewire, you can get a free download and it's free to download music. Just be sure you click on the right limewire cuz there is one that is an upgrade and it costs money.
