For crying out loud, yeah, she didn't say it when she was in the states, but, she still said it and every American heard it. SO WHAT? Political BS, if you ask me... can we just get over it? Just drop it already... Give me some feedback.. I want to know what everybody thinks? Is anyone else tired of seeing all these stupid videos on the internet, all this controversy???

Thanks for your time..

There is an appropriate time and place for free speech, and it appears that the Dixie Chicks have not stuck to those guidelines. In general, performers should limit their public discussion of political matters -- politics is not the reason people pay to see them.

I'm not a big country music fan, but they are ok musically. And they're hot! So that's a good thing. I don't really understand why people take the comments of celebrities so seriously. Who cares? I don't buy CD's based on who agrees with my politics.

What's really sad is the world thinks George W. Bush, being the President, was the cream of the American people at the time and became our leader as a result.

Unfortunately, he was just a giant fraud and we were suckered into a national, political fiasco.

Glad it bugs you. This is canned entertainment. Four people can sway millions if only minimally. If you're a controller that's all you need.

Aren't the people who complain using their rights to protest? Or does that only apply to people you agree with?
