there is a liquid available at your local pharmacy called ipecac, used when children swallow something they shouldn't.

Vomiting causes potassium loss which can stop your heart...think Karen Carpenter.
It also can rupture your esphagus from the force of vomiting which is big time hemmorrhage.
Never use Ipecac unles you are poisoned.
And get some help.
